Step 1

Pop a tab in your mouth, and “krush it” around your mouth for a few seconds.

The tablet will break down into a blue powdery (and super minty) paste. 🤩

Step 2

Grab your toothbrush, and start to brush as normal.

We recommend dry brushing, or if you prefer, wet your brush a little to get started. 🪥

You don't need to add any more water while brushing. The tabs work with your saliva to activate the foam.

Step 3

Repeat twice daily for the best whitening and remineralising results. 🦷
