KRUSH & BRUSH

Here's a few top tips we've compiled based on some questions and feedback around using the product!

Bite the tab, chew for a few seconds until it breaks down into a bright blue paste. When your teeth are covered in blue, it's time to brush!

Start to brush as normal, taking your time and using circular polishing motions. Don't scrub hard or put too much pressure on your brush.

Spit do not rinse  - you want to leave the film of paste on your teeth for the fluoride, spirulina and hydroxyapatite to soak in, whiten and restore your enamel (just like when you apply moisturiser to your face)

Don'y brush your teeth straight after having acidic foods and drinks - wait for 30-60 mins

Always close the lid of your Krush can securely. The tablets should be kept in an airtight, cool, dry place to keep them fresh and crunchy. If you get into moisture in and they go a little soft don't worry, they're still absolutely fine and just as effective to use.

Flossing first before brushing with a toothpaste tab is more effective than brushing first, and flossing afterwards.

Wait 30 mins to 1 hour after eating breakfast to brush your teeth.

Handle the tabs per application with dry hands – our tabs are 100% waterless and any moisture will affect them.

The little eco clay packs inside the tins are there to add extra moisture protection for the tabs.

We like to use with a dry brush but if you prefer, wet your brush slightly and then turn the tap off whilst brushing.

Use consistently day and night for for maximum whitening and remineralising effects.

Clean your toothbrush well after brushing and allow to air dry to remove any bacteria.

Change your toothbrush bristles after 3-6 months.

Don’t use an abrasive toothbrush as this can wear away the enamel and cause sensitivity to the gums.
